Social Media Community Manager
Candidates should 1-2 years of total experience; previous social media experience at a PR, Advertising or Digital Agency preferred. (Bachelor’s degree not required, but should be on track to complete in the next year)
Demonstrated experience leading and executing programs within multiple channels.
US Hispanic market experience and Spanish-language proficiency strongly preferred.
Ability to draft and implement strategic social media programs.
Experience with social media monitoring tools a plus.
Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to work as a part of a team in the development of client and new business programs and presentations.
Detail-oriented and the ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Account Executive
We are looking for a strategic and creative Account Executive in Miami to help support and grow our burgeoning portfolio of clients. Ideal candidates should have up to 2 years of public relations agency experience and an interest in current affairs, particularly those that affect the US Hispanic community. The candidate must be a self-starter with excellent project management, time management and organization skills and must understand how to work in and execute social media campaigns. Fluency in Spanish/English, strong attention to detail and track record for delivering high quality client deliverables is also required.
